Biography
Alexandra Halchak is a 26 year-old Ukrainian-American Coloratura Soprano, growing up in Florida, USA. She graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts. Alexandra has sung the role of "Königin der Nacht" from Die Zauberflote in both English and German, and in the United States, Switzerland, and Germany, the latest production of which took place at the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar in 2021. Alexandra has also had experience in performing modern works, such as Jocelyn Hagen's "amass," and "The Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci." Alexandra was featured in these performances as the soprano soloist, and worked extensively with the composer prior to performing. Alexandra currently lives in Florida with her husband, Dr. Paul Hansen.
