Biography
Beatriz Baptista is a brazilian soprano born in Rio de Janeiro. On 2017 she won the DAAD Scholarship to make her master degree in Germany and since then lives and makes her career in Europe.
She already sang many important roles and concerts - as Wally, Adalgisa, Serse, Verdi Requiem, Wesendoncklieder and Beethoven der Glorreiche Augenblick - and won prizes in contests as the concert Prize in Clermont-Auvergne Competition, first and audience Prizes on Gut Immling Wettbewerb and third prize in Köln International Competition.
On the past 2 years, she's been working to make the brazilian classical music known. Her projects "FLUXUS" and "Nós, Brasileiras" both were supported by the sponsor Neustart Kultur in Germany.
