Biography
Stephanie Rivero is a native of Long Island, New York. She performed various solos and ensemble works at Nassau Community College. She performed in opera scenes in the Westminster Choir College Florence Voice Seminar 2017. She performed as Brigitta and Young Maiden in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta in Russian Opera Workshop 2019 under the direction of Ghenady Meirson. She then studied at Boston Conservatory at Berklee under the tutelage of Kathryn Wright. She originated the role of Gertrud in Spencer Winell's operetta The Death of Schoenberg in 2021. She made her German debut as First Lady in Die Zauberflöte with Lyric Opera Studio Weimar in 2021 under the direction of Damon Nestor Ploumis. At the end of 2021, she performed as a soloist in Chile for El Centro Cultural de San Antonio and for Renato Montaya’s dance gala series. She is currently studying with Arthur Levy in New York City.
